When Will My Order Arrive?

Your order will typically arrive within 6 to 7 days on average with our free shipping option. For availability and specific inquiries, please contact us via phone or email.

Shipping Times:

• Order Cut-Off: 6:00 PM CST
• Handling Time: 1-2 Days (Monday-Friday)
• Transit Time: 5 Days (Monday-Friday)
• Total Delivery Time: 6-7 Days (Monday-Friday)

Most of our orders are shipped via third-party freight carriers. If your order includes an item shipped by a freight carrier, you will be contacted to schedule a curbside delivery time. Please ensure you provide the correct phone number at checkout for this purpose.

Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will confirm that your order has been received by our system and that your credit card has been approved for the purchase. We will not charge your card until the item has shipped unless it’s backordered and we need to hold the item for you.

As soon as we receive your order, we process it immediately to ensure the quickest delivery time possible.
