If you need to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@shopunplugged.com. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund right away.
If your order has already been dispatched, we won’t be able to cancel it—but don’t worry! You can still return the item once it arrives by following our standard Return Policy.
