Orders placed by 6:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) will begin processing the same business day.

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days.
Delivery Timeframe
Expect your order to arrive within 4–7 business days after it ships. For remote or rural locations, transit times may vary slightly.
Shipping Methods
We primarily use trusted third-party freight carriers for large or heavy items, which typically ship via 18-wheeler trucks. If your order requires freight shipping, we’ll reach out to schedule a curbside delivery appointment, so please ensure your phone number at checkout is accurate and accessible.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email with a link to follow your delivery’s progress in real time.
Address Changes
Need to update your shipping address? Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@shopunplugged.com, and we’ll make the adjustment if the order hasn’t shipped yet.
Order Cancellations
