Refunds & Returns Policy
At Shop Unplugged, we want you to shop with confidence. That’s why we’ve made our returns and refund process simple and straightforward.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns beyond that timeframe.
2. Return Shipping Costs

If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping.

If you're returning an item due to a change of mind or personal preference, you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order isn’t functioning properly or arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and issue either a full refund or a replacement, including reimbursement for any original shipping costs.
4. Changed Your Mind?
You may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days. Once we receive and inspect the product, you’ll receive a refund for the item cost, minus any shipping fees. Products must be unused and in resellable condition.
5. Refund Processing
After we inspect your return and approve the refund, we’ll notify you by email. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. If you haven’t seen the refund within 10 business days after confirmation, please reach out to us at support@shopunplugged.com so we can assist.
6. Restocking Fees
Some returns may be subject to a restocking fee depending on the item and condition. If this applies to your order, we’ll let you know during the return process.
